This is probably your dbus system bus. It's hard to say since pstree
does not show what arguments were used.

X-windows programs don't work anymore for root.
And whatever is making these messages sure doesn't give a clue as to
what package to reassign the bug to.
# emacs -Q #sometimes things work, (but only for a few minutes.) But mostly
they don't start at all anymore:
# emacs -Q
g_db
