Tips to make unix a better OS and making it the world number one OS

I have some important ideas about making my favorite OS (unix) and in particular Debian the leader in the OS arena of the world but I am not sure where to send them to be considered and evaluated. Please help me find the right channel to forward my ideas and get feedback.
