I request an adopter for the xmlto package.
I posted recently about orphaning it on -devel and got a few
answers but nobody adopted it yet. I consider this package important for
debian but feel that I lack sgml and TeX knowl

This is plain wrong. Since XFree86 4.0 we don't need xfs-xtt to use a
True-Type font.

nice :

Is your new key signed by a dd after a face to face ID check ?
If No, I believe you need that.

As I understand it, this kind of "chain of establishment" can only work
if you sign your new key with your old one. But IIUC you lost your old
private key.
