Currently in Bullseye the Realtek 8822CE WiFi adapter is not being
recognized. There is a patched driver available at: git clone
https://github.com/lwfinger/rtw88.git is it too late to get this
driver into Bullseye. I ask because I have a laptop with a 8822CE
adapter that is not functional.

Thanks David, using --with-sources is exactly what I needed.
As a starting point I have the *.deb I've built. In the same directory
I create a Packages file with:
apt-ftparchive packages . > ./Packages
Then I install using it:
apt install --with-source ./Packages -s mariadb-server mariadb-client
