its changelog having:
* dak/examine_package.py (check_deb): Remove linda call. It
provides no added benefit to lintian anymore.

Now fixed in SVN. In practice, the missing dependencies will be pulled
in by the dependency of libxapian15-dev, so I don't see much practical
benefit in uploading for just this change.
