I tried to fix FTBS with boost 1.54 for the latest version 7.2.0
Applying the following patch seems to work... at least it compiles now.
It should be also working for 6.5.0

The problem is that exfalso updated to 3.0.2 but the plugins didn't
(they aren't in sid)
Downgrading quodlibet and exfalso to 2.4 should fix it for now.
