in one go.

Right, I have a new mechanism for defining the dependencies in dh-php >= 2.0,
but I wasn’t able to finish it in time for bullseye, but the memcached has been
already updated.
I’ll fix this and other affected PECL packages today.

Dear Maintainer,
Package php-memcached in version 3.1.5+2.2.0-5 no longer depends on php-
igbinary and php-msgpack, but in fact it does, despite ldd could say.
