Bug#907020: fixed in vnstat 1.18-2.1

Control: severity -1 normal Allow bug to archive. The autpkgtest run failed because of a autpkgtest misconfiguration and not caused by a defect in the actual package. Uploading 1.18-2.1 to stable now, just for a non-user visible change does not seem right.
