Bug#795662: python-passlib: FTBFS: ImportError: No module named django

The problems still exists in the latest upstream package - 1.6.5. I reported these issues (minus the Django errors) upstream: https://bitbucket.org/ecollins/passlib/issues/61/tests-fail Also: it seems the Django tests do not run under Debian/jessie only Debian/sid for some reason.
