For some unknown reason, libcloog-ppl0 is installed in all 4 chroots.
The reason most like likely is that gcc-4.X used to have a dependency on
this package.

I can reproduce the error with pdebuild on i386.
Adding libcloog-ppl-dev to Build-Depends helps.
