Thanks for the bug report
This has been fixed in 3.5.4-7.
As a work around to get 3.5.4-6 working you need to comment out this
line in /usr/share/ampache/www/lib/init.php
//require_once $prefix . '/modules/pearxmlrpc/rpc.php';
