Hi maintainers,
It appears that you uploaded mpfr4 in unstable without even caring of
informing the r-deps of libmpfr-dev or the Release Team to coordinate
the transition with them.
mpfr4 (3.0.0-2) ships libmpfr-dev which is also shipped by mpfr
(version 2.4.2).
