I've cloned the bug, so that the /var/log/acgvision issue can be tracked for
acgvision-agent, while the changing symlinks issue needs to be dealt with by
piuparts:

The rgrep says nothing.
The error could be arround this line : update-rc.d -f acgvision-agentd
remove
in postrm
To me this line removes acgvision-agentd from rc.d folders and renames
hwclock.
In the acgvision-agentd init.d it says :
# Provides: acgvisiond
# Required-Start:$remote_fs
