Bug#577869: t38modem: FTBFS: Nonexistent build-dependency: libopenh323-1.19.1-dev

Hi, libopenh323-1.19.1-dev was removed from testing and unstable and libopenh323-dev is not enough to build this... So, - this should be removed from unstable as well - or, provide update for libopenh323 to 1.19.1 and change build dependency to libopenh323-dev -- Regards, Hideki
