It looks like there are some errors in the glade generated xml file for
gtkbuilder.
Please try this one and let me know (just substitute it to the old one):

I have the same problem with 0.9.0, despite some previous reports.
Also, most icons (buttons, menus...) are gone with the new gtk, but this
happens also on 0.6.3, which puzzles me because I thought the problems were
related to the transition from glade-2/code_generation to glade-3/gtkbuilder.

I had contact with Piero, and he told me that the new version 0.9.2
didn't fix the problem, I was a "prerelease" which did not solve the
problem.
It wasn't ready for the whole wide world so he removed it again.
They are working on an new version and Piero will keep me informed.
