However, keeping in mind that it was announced that svk would not be
developed anymore [1]: Should libsvn-simple-perl (and the rdepends
libsvn-mirror-perl, svk, etcinsvk) be removed in near future from
unstable at all?

This should be related to the changes from 1.5.x to 1.6.x of
subversion. I forwarded the bugreport to upstream.
