t/01-basic.t passes one test on each method call, so is getting only 3
methods called in this build log. There are similar failures showing up
in CPANTS. Interestingly, at the moment I am getting no methods called.
So far I reckon this is a problem somewhere in Moose (lower even than
MooseX::Dec
