This is probably due to -fstack-protector being enabled. See

This should be disabled on arm and armel.

Reassigning this to libapr1 because the segfault occurs even with the
attached toy program[1] that calls apr_psprintf().
I've been compiling it with the following options:
gcc segfault_arm.c -o segfault_arm $(apr-1-config --cppflags --link-ld
