Rebuilding audacious-crossfade without modifying the source doesn't
work for me. Although rebuilding fixes segfault, audacious hangs
when I choose Crossfade Plugin as the output plugin. Adding
--disable-oss to ./configure of audacious-crossfade fixes all problems.
