Three different ways:
1st using module-assistant.
2nd using kernel-package (make-kpkg modules).
3rd manually, with KVERS and KSRC correctly set.

then installing the spca5xx-source package and building that with
module-assistant which
produces /usr/src/modass/spca5xx-modules-2.6.18-3-amd64_20060501-
