Here we go:
$ LC_ALL=C dpkg -l libnspr4-dev
No packages found matching libnspr4-
$ grep lplc4 /usr/lib/pkgconfig/*
$ grep -l lplc4 /usr/lib/**/*.la
(both empty)
The only one I have is:
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 20K 2006-06-07 21:30 /usr/lib/libplc4.so
and only is .so form, no .la.
