This is solved with the new updates ! \o/
I am quite sure this was due to #1079022 but anyway here is a procedure to get
everything working:
1. Create a debian netinst USB key.
2. Boot on it on your computer
3. Choose "Advanced options > Rescue mode"
4. Get everything in shape and get a shell

I saw several time the LIBKMOD_5 poping up when updating my initramfs.

By the way,
I forgot to tell that I experimented the bug in kernel images: 6.10.4
and 6.9.12.
But, kernel image 6.9.9 seems to behave properly (at least for my laptop
with hardware low-level encryption).
