from v1.2.9-1 to v1.2.10-1 all sound programs fail with a

This bug does _not_ persist with linux-image-5.14.0-2-686, with
which both T41 Thinkpads boot normally again.

I have just tested the newer 0.3.11 version asn my Asus EEE PC 900 still
"freezes" if I use uswsusp + splashy, the bug still exists.
