I know Trolltech recently changed their package so that a "make doc" is
neccessary to get the documentation gene

y code source that is used in tikiwiki, and
we checked them all about compatibility with LGPL tikiwiki licence
(but to be correct they have to be counted as copyright holders of
at least a part of tikiwiki, in more than the list in copyright.txt).
