digging around leads to the observation, that downgrading
freetype6 2.12.1+dfsg-5+deb12u1 -> 2.13.2+dfsg-1
will resolve the error. This error was reported in #1053142

Hi,
finally I got it run, but i had to act a lot manually.
(I suppose due to the fact I'm a newbie to bugzilla, apache, mysql, ...)
Just to comprehend my steps:
o First I set up a password to root user of mysql with
dpkg-reconfigure mysql
Now the installation of bugzilla was worse, c
Package: bugzilla3
Version: 3.2.0.1-1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable
During postinst following message shows up:
Looks like we don't have an administrator set up yet.
