Judging by Ubuntu feedback, this seems to be a libflickrnet issue.
libflickrnet was recently involved in a clusterfuck in Ubuntu Hardy:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libflickrnet/+bug/182130 and there
are apparently still some incompatibilities with the new mono.

I wonder if the "20 refresh menus" patch is responsible.
As for me, I had the Export menu empty before the upgrade to 0.4.1-1, where it
was populated thanks to the "refresh menus" patch. A second
Build process with Qt 4.3 has been corrected in Ubuntu version 0.8-1ubuntu1.
