libsdl-ttf finally got an official stable ABI release upstream:
https://github.com/libsdl-org/SDL_ttf/releases/tag/release-3.2.0
So it should be good to go to both unstable and testing now.

hplip was removed from testing because of this and keeping it conflicts
with other
packages that depend on python 3.13

May be for rustc? It's worth filing the bug if it's not clear what the
root cause is. If it's not really rustc, developers will point that out.
