manually fix the config.txt, after figuring out seven ACT LED blinks meant
unable to find kernel(8).img

More news from what I've found.
The upgrade was from libsqlite3-0 3.2.8-1 -> 3.3.5-0.1 then trac stopped to
work.
Apparently trac.db is in 3.x format. I'm able to dump and query it using
sqlite3.
sqlite (old version) can't read it, says it
