Hi, I'm not sure how to verify other than visually, but I think this bug also breaks icon-themes in Xfce4.  When upgrading to 13.1 all icons are broken (red X) is diplayed in place of icon images.  Upon purging 13.1 and manually installing 12 with dpkg, the majority of the Gnome-icon-themes icon
