A patch is available for this bug (see attachement)
and it should be easy to fix it now.
It affects the Rheolef package: there is a BinNMU issue still pending.

This problem do neither comes from Rheolef-6.7 nor from CGAL-4.11:
it comes from Boost-1.62 combined with g++ 7.2 in Debian sid and testing.
The bug has already be identified in the upstream version of Boost :

The forthcoming upstream release rheolef-6.5 compiles
well with g++-4.8 and boost-1.54: the bug should be fixed
soon with the next upload.
