Recent version (2.3.0) of CQRLOG already supports openssl1.1. New
version will be released soon.

something to apparmor rules and the apparmor has to be restarted. New
Debian uses systemd but latest Ubuntu LTS still uses upstart. I'd like
to keep compatibility with latest LTS version. Maybe there could be
two scripts, one for Ubunt
