Dear Maintainer,
after installing kde-config-flatpak the flatpak settings page is shown in KDE
system settings and all installed flatpak apps are listed correct
I can confirm Josh's description here on a desktop machine with
encrypted root and swap.
Booting today after 500 MB of updates from unstable yesterday yielded
the described behaviour.
After a reboot, the minute long delay was gone though there was still
some delay (say 5 seconds) and the message
Removing all proprietary *fglrx* fixes the problem.
I recently moved back to the free ati drivers but still had the fglrx packages
installed. Still, this should not result in the application not running.
