Opencv's cmake files unconditionally use the MSA
ISA baseline once detected MIPS architecture.
It resulted in mips64el sigill and caffe (rdep
of opencv) ftbfs on mips64el. mipsel should have

I've added an autopkgtest script to zfs to test the dkms build
