It seems that network-manager-fortisslvpn also makes a mess with the routing
table after the connection has been established.
I could easily get a working VPN by adding
ipcp-accept-remote
to /etc/ppp/options and manually launching openfortivpn; such se
The culprit seems to be libmysqlcppconn7v5: v1.1.4+really1.1.3-1 from
Sid seems to fix the issue.

Ooops! Taked a deeper look on the Nvidia box: it turned out that for
some reason breeze was still at -3. Then I tried to install -4 and...
same as Intel: kwin_x11 crashed immediately at session start.
