the tt-rss package in Debian has last been updated more than 4 years
ago, and has several seriuous bug which are fixed in upstream, yet
have not received updated in more than a year.
Would you like help with bringing tt-rss package up the shape?
Or would you prefer to do it yourself

It seems that uqm-russian 1.0.2-6 is no longer compatible with latest uqm
0.8.0. Running uqm_russion (which should activate russian add-on) no longer
works.

It works for me on mysql, just tried upgrading from 1.12+dfsg-2 to
1.13 using dbconfig... it asks for admin password, and finishes ok:
