Hi,
the server part is no longer needed as Libchipcard5 relies on PC/SC now.
Just install pcscd and the necessary driver for your device and it should
work.

Hi,
it might be that the root element "UC_allgemeineVersicherungsdatenXML" is
missing in the file read from the card... I implemented a fix for that case,
so the next release should work for your card, too.
