$ apt-get source python-kde4
$ cd kdebindings-4.3.4
$ fakeroot ./debian/rules binary
$ cd ..
$ sudo dpkg -i python-kde4_4.3.4-1_amd64.deb
it compiled and i

trying to run any app developed in python which uses python-kde4 modules
gives that error. it is clearly related to the recent new version of sip4 ans
python-qt4. probably a recompilation is enough, but I didn't want to try in my
machine
