ncpmount (and possibly other components from ncpfs) needs to be
installed setuid root to function correctly when run as ordinary user.
running ncpmount as ordinary user leads to the error message:
ncpmount must be installed suid root
The same for ncpumount:
ncpumount must be installed suid roo
