Bug#840151: (no subject)

This bug has been fixed upstream only shortly after the package was updated in debian. Adding this patch (https://github.com/swift/swift/commit/fc9df1253fa6d3a8f86c06d9e9a0d531ba0f5b13.patch) or creating a new original package should fix the problem.
