Ok, solved. My boot/shutdown sequences were wrong.
I reinstalled every package that owns a script under /etc/init.d.
Not a simple reinstall. Before each reinstall, I did a "update-rc.d -f

not solved.
With "touch" and "logger.agent" I get:
