This is not the same bug as #709025.
As texlive-lang is in NEW and textile-doc is not available for the
2013.20130520 version i did an upgrade instead of a dist-upgrade to
avoid having them removed.
It gives the following result:

I tried with both patches and it works like a charm.
The second patch makes sense, but dunno about idmapd.conf. it probably
needs more review.
Nevertheless, creating a nfsroot is necessary to use FAI at all and
fails with the default configuration, thus
oad_template_source: "'module'
object has no attribute 'load_template_source'"
