Bug#649106: syncid 'fix' breaks state sync in init script completely

ncarnation before "--start-daemon" needs to be removed. I've been using LVS/ipvsadm for really long time and not once in over 4 releases has a Debian start script worked out of the box for people using the daemons. Would be nice to get this fixed once and for all. Christian -- Christ
