so apparently i's all related to the apt command, using the -t option
instead seems to work smoothly:
apt-get install -t bullseye-backports libreoffice
(even without removing/purging libreoffice first)
/pam.d/sshd
is actually distributed along the package `openssh-server` (you can check this
wit apt-file(1)).
For a working (but hopefully temporary) workaround you can have a look to the
aforementionned
bugreport.

Hello, a closer look on the log files shows that actually
the failed test (elevation) download a corrupted data file on the armhf CI box
by comparison against the size of the same data file downloaded on the other
CI boxes.
It sound pretty much as a subtle bug form some of the dependencies.
