"2.1 is historic. Suggest you try a current version of
OpenLDAP Software as problems with historic versions will
not be investigated."

Hi,
I get the same error if I do "getent group". And for some accounts
the error appears, whenever I execute the "id" command. It also seems,
that accounts disappear from time to time. But I don't know if this issue
is related to this error message.
The OpenLDAP guys say about this:
