Somehow the issue resolved itself without changes to python-duniterpy.
As I suspect this follows from (test) dependencies pulling in the right
packages, I still suspect this is a bug in python-duniterpy, but not a
serious one at this stage.

Another dependency just got updated. Debdiff to make the package build with

In addition to the gettext crates, proptest has also just received an update.
I bumped the dependencies in newsboat and it built fine, I haven't tested it
beyond that though.
