I asked upstream a while ago about it, and they in turn consulted with
libav upstreams.. and it's a non-trivial amount of work to port it.
Upstream recommends to just disable building the libav plugins.

Hi,
Your package has an autopkgtest, great. However it depends on
libclblas-dev which currently isn't available in testing due to an RC
bug. This would just be a regular autopkgtest regression in testing
(due to the removal of libclblas-dev)
