My `TLS_TRUSTCERTS=` was blank. Setting it to `/etc/ssl/certs` did not
resolve the problem.
The certificate I am using is generated by Let's Encrypt. I use the

pupnp-1.8 provides since its last upload libupnp-dev but not
libupnp1.8-dev any more. This makes the binnmu that is part of the
libupnp transition fail to complete with BD-
