the problem with this bug is a problem of boost 1.58 and gcc5. Ompl builds
without any problem with boost 1.59 and gcc5.
798021 has a patch. Just need that boost maintainers upload a new version of
boost 1.58 of upgrade boost-defaults to 1.59.
