I figure out the issue.
There was a previous installation of "libpango1.0-0:i386" in rc state that
prevent "libpango1.0-0:amd64" to be removed and lock the installation for
new version of "libpango1.0-0:all"
After "dpkg -P libpango1.0-0:i386" I'm now able to upgrade the package.
