About these two bugs, there is actually 2 issues. Here is the status:
1) A new installation with the sqlite backend didn't work and leads
to the bug described in #686846
2) The upgrade from squeeze? to wheezy of sympa using sqlite backend
fails: sympa is unable to upgrade sqlite sch
